Shipping & Delivery
- I ship via USPS using padded bubble mailers or a small box if you ordered more than one item or order a box set.
I am not responsible for shipping damage. I MAY agree to ship you a new card at my expense if there is adiquate proof of damage caused by USPS being careless with the package.
- I ship on Wednesday and Friday afternoons after 4 pm. So plan your orders accordingly. I recommend ordering 2-3 weeks before you need the card to ensure delivery on time.
If you are ordering a custom card, It will take 7-10 business days for me to create the card depending on how many other orders I have. Also keep in mind that MY business days are Monday – Thursday from 9 am to -4 pm.
I will give you an estimate on delivery when we confirm your order via Email.
- I reserve the right to refuse ANY and ALL custom orders that I deem inappropriate. I will refuse orders with any thing I determine to be hate speech of any kind. It isn't up to anyone except ME to determine what I believe is inappropriate and I will not argue with anyone.
If you receive your delivery and that package is damaged, please try to take a photo of the package front and back before you open it and of the contents of the package front and back after you open it. Please contact me and include the images and we will see what I can do within reason.
Returns & Refunds
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
All of my cards are hand made. They are made with commercially available stamps, dyes, inks and papers or they are printed from photos that I have personally taken and printed on a professional photo printer or are images that I have designed and printed on card stock. They will NEVER be perfect no matter how hard I try.
There is the possibility of small smudges, or color outside of a line. Maybe fuzz in the glue or things not being 100% centered or straight. I am only human and there can and will be imperfections.
I post well lit shots of the fronts and where applicable the insides of all of my cards. I try to provide good descriptions or each card. It is your responsibility to read the descriptions and look at the provided images to make sure that you are buying the exact card you want.

If you order a custom card please make sure that YOU spell everything EXACLT the way you wish it to appear on the card. I am NOT responsible for your spelling or numerical mistakes.

If you prove to me that the USPS damaged your card, I will do my best to replace it within reason but there is still NO REFUND or EXCHANGE. Send me the required proof of the damage and I will make a decision based on the evidence provided.

I buy my photo paper from Red River Paper.
Any paper craft paper comes from Michaels or a crafting site like Scrapbook.com
I go everywhere with either my phone or digital camera. Any photo card image was taken by me.

I refuse to do anything that is homophobic, trans phobic, racist or sexist. I don’t use or create images of animals or people of any age being harmed.
I don’t do anything that I feel is hate speech or could be harmful to others or cause damage to my brand or business.
I am the sole decision maker and I refuse to argue with anyone.
Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm. I don’t do anything business related outside of those hours.
I can do rushed shipping for an extra charge but that doesn’t change the amount of time it takes to create a product.
