Terms of Use

All WanderLust Card Creations items are handcrafted. As with any handcrafted product, there are variations. I try my best to maintain extremely high standards for production of all of my products, however I can not guarantee that the images represented on this website, will be identical to the images viewed on your computer screen. Resolution and settings on your computers can alter the images as well as the natural variations that are consistent with hand crafted products. You agree that products purchased from WanderLust Card Creations, will contain these variations.

All of my greeting cards are made using professional quality photo paper or card stocks, inks and adhesives.These materials do sometimes warp once the inks and adhesives are applied. This is a natural part of the process of producing hand made cards and I can not accept any returns based on this natural part of the handmade process.

All of my products are hand made, and hand colored with colored pencils, Alcohol Markers, dye inks ect… Any custom orders are made to order, I can not accept any returns on such items. I will gladly replace any typographically error, which is my fault at no charge to the customer. Any typographical or informational errors due to customer provided information being in error are not my fault and will not be replaced nor refunded

Due to the handcrafted and possibly customized nature of our items, I can not accept any returns

I am unable to offer any warranty on any of my products.

I “try” to update my website on Mondays but that is dependent on various factors like, my health, if I am traveling, do I have anything “NEW” to add to my inventory, the weather and do I have power, ECT…

I may not have any new product this week. I there is nothing “New” then there just isn’t anything “New”.

WanderLust Card Creations collects personal information to provide the excellent customer service that you have come to expect from WanderLust Card Creations. Any and all information that I gather is used to provide me the means to facilitate transactions, allow account registration and to support your customer relationship with WLCC. Your personal information is for internal use only and will not be sold or shared outside of WanderLust Card Creations.

Transactional emails, those containing order confirmation information or shipping details which facilitate an agreed-upon transaction, will be sent at the completion of each purchase. You cannot opt out of receiving these emails. Due to their transactional nature, these emails are exempt from most provisions of the CAN-SPAM Act.

WLCC does not send out non order related email communications to our clients at this time but that is subject to change as the business grows.

WLCC is committed to your security and privacy. My customers privacy is of utmost importance to me. I do not share any of my clients information with any business or person, who is not directly related with your purchase. I pride ourselves on WLCC’s commitment to your privacy.
